As an agent, we value customer service. Our goal is not to just provide you a product (insurance policy), but in servicing that product as well. Our office offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:


We provide policy quotes to new, inquiring customers, as well as routinely quote any policies we currently insure that may fit better with another company. We have taken on 2 new companies in 2016, to accommodate customers with specific risks, such as coastal proximity. We monitor to make sure you are taking advantage of any discounts available, such as low-mileage, multi-car, or companion policy credits. The industry is changing every day, and we like to keep you up to date on what’s available. Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have any questions regarding your policy.

Policy Changes

It could be anything from adding a car to changing your mortgage company, or adding an umbrella. Please contact us for the appropriate forms to complete to make changes to your policy. If you are purchasing a new car through a dealership, or refinancing with your mortgage company, they can fax us directly with anything they need from us at 508.947.0400. If anything changes in your life regarding your cars, home, or business, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure you are properly covered.


We are happy to assist in reporting any claim, and will send details to the company for you. The claim adjustor, once assigned, generally contacts you in 2 business days to get any further details they may need. As the agent, we can act as a liason for faxing or emailing any information that you may need to send to the company, or checking on a claim. There are many questions you may have during the process that we are happy to assist you with, such as setting up a rental car, or completing an operator report. Please utilize our industry knowledge when you aren’t sure what to do!

Misc. Services

RMV – we will do routine complimentary runs for our insureds to the RMV upon request and based on staffing availability.

Appointment Setup – We have relationships with several companies that you may need in case of a claim, such as car rental, disaster cleanup, glass repair, or more.
